RETURN POLICY

We strive hard to delight you with our products & experiences and we hope that you never have to return our products. If you wish to return the products, you can do so within 30 days from accepting the delivery. Such returns will be subject to the below terms.

• The products must be in its original packaging & unused along with the original invoice.
• If a product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us, before either issuing a replacement or a refund.
• If you are returning a product because you no longer need them, then you will be required to pay any postage costs associated to returning the item to us
• We do not offer returns on discounted items, personalized gift set or bundled offers.
• Returns are eligible for products purchased only at www.mantheory.in
• Products purchased through other third party providers are not eligible for direct returns with us.
• Email your order number, full name, email address & reason for return at wecare@mantheory.in & one of us will get back to you within 24 hours
• All returns are subject to sole discretion of Man Theory / Buff Berry Pvt Ltd upon verification by our team.
