We take great care to pack & dispatch your orders without rushing which unfortunately takes a little extra time than usual. Due to this we don’t have same day shipping policy.

You package will be marked as return in the following situations - Our delivery partner attempted to deliver your package more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address - You were not reachable on your registered mobile number upon attempting to contact you before delivery - You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. It usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and make it ready for dispatch once you've placed your order.
Yes, you can do so only if your order has not been processed for shipping yet. However, you will only be able to only add the products & cannot remove any product from your order.

Due to ongoing pandemic, we encourage you to make a contactless transaction in order to break the chain of spreading the infection.
However, if you still choose to do payments by the COD, you can do so by selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method during. We will call you to confirm the authenticity of the order & approve it. Once the approval is done, your order will be dispatched & the courier agent will deliver the order. You will have to pay him the complete order amount in cash.
Please note that an additional 10% COD charge will be applicable for all orders related to cash on delivery.

We believe that you pay what you see. There are no hidden costs other than shipping charges if you order products below ₹500/- or if you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, then an additional 10% will be charged on your order value.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: - Your order must be prepaid in full. Discounted items & orders with payment mode as cash on delivery are not eligible for returns - The products must have been purchased on our online store (www.mantheory.in) - The products should not have been used in any way - The original packing should be intact & the seal should not be open. - The return or exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Yes, you can exchange the items if the products delivered to you are damaged or incase we deliver wrong item to you. Further the items can also be exchanged only if they meet the conditions as mentioned in returns.

We will replace you items for free if the items delivered were damaged in transit or the items are not the same ones you ordered. However, if you wish to return the products because you no longer need them with a request for refund, then we will deduct the shipping charges & refund the remaining amount. The returns are not applicable for items under discount or if you choose cash on delivery as you payment method.
